Enfermedades

Los jugadores pueden verse afectados al infectarse con enfermedades. El juego cuenta con varios tipos de enfermedades y sus objetos de curación respectivo, tales como la Amonita y el Woolly Rhino Horn.

Prevención de enfermedades

• Si usas puntos de atributo para mejorar tu Fortaleza, aumentarás tu inmunidad natural a las enfermedades en un pequeño porcentaje. Aunque los datos de esta mejora no están disponibles, las notas de la versión 242.6 confirmaban que 90 puntos de Fortaleza otorgan un total de un 80 % de reducción en la probabilidad de ser afectado por una enfermedad.

• La máscara de gas te protegerá de contagios por vía aérea (te protege de la fiebre del pantano)

Enfermedades contagiosas

Swamp Fever

Mensaje: ' HUD Text: Swamp Fever: Health, Damage, Weight, Stamina & Speed are permanently decreased until Cured! Efectos: 20% reduction in Weight, Melee Damage, Health and Stamina. 20% increase in Movement Speed. 50% reduction in Food, Water, and Oxygen consumption. Vectores: Contact transmission with a Diseased Leech. (PVP) Airborne transmission from infected Humans and tamed Dodos. Dead Dodos that were infected still carry swamp fever. (PVE) Airborne transmission from infected tribemates. Cura: Lesser Antidote Upon administration of the cure, Humans and Dodos have immunity from this disease for three minutes. UPDATE March 2020, Making use of an Obelisk or Supply Crate to transfer your survivor to a new server in older versions would cure this disease. Traveling to new servers with your character won't cure you anymore. Notas: Bug Repellant will render you invisible to Leeches as a preventative measure. Auric Mushroom  Can be eaten to remove ~4 seconds of radiation sickness per 1. Hazard Suit  Must be worn in full to take effect. Note: wearing the suit does not remove existing radiation sickness, it only prevents acquiring it in the first place, or extending the duration of existing radiation sickness. Achievement

Cure-All Cure yourself of Swamp Fever.

• Curing yourself of Swamp Fever with the Lesser Antidote will award the "Cure-All" achievement.

Notes

• If the option "Prevent Disease" in advanced server/single player setting is checked, players will be immune to Swamp Fever, Mega Rabies and Lamprey Poison, but not Radiation Disease, as this one is considered as an environmental negative status.
• Players will have their disease cured upon respawn if "Non Permanent Disease" is checked.
