El nivel Tweek es un conjunto de estructuras y equipo de nivel avanzado que emplean la tecnología de mayor nivel del juego. El primer grupo de objetos pertenecientes a esta familia fue lanzado el 30 de enero de 2017.

Todos los objetos de nivel Tek (excluyendo los Tekgramas, criocámaras, crioneveras y criaturas robóticas exclusivos de la expansión Extinction) se pueden obtener y usar solo si derrotas a los jefes correspondientes. Eso quiere decir que incluso si alguien te da un casco Tek, no podrás equipártelo hasta que derrotes al jefe que te lo puede dar. Sin embargo, las estructuras Tek sí que pueden colocarse sin haber aprendido su tekgrama (aunque sí que debes aprender el tekgrama correspondiente y debes utilizar elemento para crearlas y darles energía, excepto en el caso de los cimientos y las paredes.

Las variantes de los planos para las armaduras y armas de nivel Tek son drops aleatorios en cápsulas orbitales de suministros, con cierta probabilidad de mejorar la calidad del objeto (para armas) o su duración y/o nivel de armadura (para armaduras). Sin embargo, tienen un máximo de 3 usos y se desvanecen después de consumirlos.

Para crear cualquier objeto de nivel Tek, se necesitan tanto Elemento como perlas negras, que pueden conseguirse de formas diversas en el juego.

En ARK: Survival Evolved Mobile, los planos Tek solo pueden obtenerse mediante cofres al jugar en mazmorras y completarlas. Estos objetos Tek funcionan usando Eery Element y pueden ser fabricados usando la Fábrica Portátil (también puedes usar la Impresora 3D Tek, aunque la fabricación será mucho más lenta). Solo se pueden obtener algunos planos Tek en las Mazmorras cada semana, y el tipo de planos que son accesibles se reiniciará con dichas mazmorras. Al acceder a ellas, los supervivientes podrán ver qué Planos Tek están disponibles actualmente como premio.

Al derrotar a estos jefes en una dificultad mayor, podrás desbloquear todos los Tekgramas de niveles más bajos asociados a cada uno de los jefes.

Podrás seguir colocando y usando las monturas Tek como si fueran monturas normales, pero no podrás disparar proyectiles ni eliminar la montura a menos que tengas los tekgramas adecuados.

De forma similar al Titanosaurio, los Titanes domesticados vendrán equipados automáticamente con una Montura con Plataforma de variante Tek que no podrás eliminar. Sin embargo, no podrás disparar proyectiles desde esta montura.

Se pueden colocar estructuras sin tener un Tekgrama en concreto, pero las interacciones específicas de esa estructura no se activarán hasta que tengas el mismo. NOTA: las únicas acciones que podrás hacer sin Tekgrama en estructuras son pasar por las puertas tek y mirar a través de las ventanas tek.

You can't achieve all the Tekgrams in a single map. Aberration has two exclusive Tekgrams but none of the others. Ragnarok has two exclusive Tekgrams as well as about half of the Tekgrams of The Island. The Island is missing the exclusive Tekgrams of both Ragnarok and Aberration. The Center has about three quarters of the Tekgrams of The Island. All Tekgrams of Scorched Earth are also available in The Island and in The Center. So, to achieve all Tekgrams you need to defeat the bosses of Aberration and Ragnarok, and either The Island or The Center. Prior to Extinction DLC, All Tek Equipment did not possess Item Quality.
At the release of Extinction, Rock Drake Tek Saddle tekgram was accidentally removed from the list. It was later reintroduced at 287.123, but survivors who had gotten it prior to its existence vanishing and had came on during its absence do not have the tekgram anymore.
As of official release 5th March 2019, Homestead Tek Engrams are only unlockable on the island server
